Haji biriyani reserves the right to charge 100 % off the order value as cancellation fees from any customer who cancels his order without prior notice.

If costumer cancelled within 3 minutes we will refund 100% of the payment.

The customers should notify regarding any change's in order or cancellation within 3 min of ordering if costumer Inform us it will be
charge a nominal cancellation fee of rupees 30 for compensate our delivery partner's and 3 % of the total bill amount as gateway charges.

In case the customer fails to notify the restaurant regarding cancellation before cancellation window of 3 min, the restaurant reserves the right to charge 100% of the order value from the customer.
